Work in Progress...

... or stuff I need to finish before getting sidetracked by new projects...

Mum's bedspread in fresh blues and cream.
My sister's giant Granny Square blanket in muted colours.

Plenty of Stylecraft stash makes a bright blanket for Adored Grandson.

I am in love with these old fashioned pleated skirts for my sturdy little bears. I really enjoy 4 ply yarn and 2.5 mm needles.

This is my first Jean Greenhowe pattern and it is knitting up very nicely.

I love the start of a new project...choosing the project, selecting the yarn, seeing it start to work up.  However, I have a limited concentration span, which is why I mainly make toys. Blankets can be picked up and put down - having 3 different ones on the go gives me the variety I need. I rarely make adult clothes - they take too long to complete.

I am having lots of problems today, getting this post done. I finally remembered this morning how to upload photos and was rather self congratulatory. Serves me right being so puffed up - that was the only thing I managed to do! Talk about. 1 step forward and half a dozen steps back!  This must be about the 6th attempt...here goes again!
